CAN YOU JUST DESIGN OUR LOGO?
We only offer logo design if you already have a brand identity and brand guidelines that you share with us. Unfortunately, we can’t design a logo without building a brand identity as your brand can’t be just a logo. We offer the Mini Brand Identity service for businesses with limited budgets that are starting their brand.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO START WORKING ON OUR WEB DESIGN?
It depends on the project, we will have a call so we can understand more about your business and your website goals. You then must have all website content such as images and text ready before our agreed start date. If this isn’t supplied in time and is delaying the project deadline, a restart fee might be charged.
You also need to consider add-ons such as website hosting, domain purchasing, web font licenses, stock imagery if needed, and additional app fees. They can all be added as add-ons to your project for an extra fee.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SOCIAL MEDIA PACKAGES?
All our services are bespoke and based on each client’s needs. We currently offer a base package which will include the minimum of what we think every brand needs to be doing well on social media and have an impact. We can adapt our services to include more support as needed.
HOW DOES YOUR CONTENT CREATION SERVICE WORK?
Our Content Creation Service includes a month’s worth of engaging content in one shoot day, with full-service support including ideation, filming, editing, and delivery. We can come and shoot at your space or you can ship your products to us and we shoot on our studio. This can also be an add-on option for Social Media Management clients.
DO I NEED TO BOOK THE CONTENT CREATION SERVICE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT?
No, for businesses that don’t opt for the Content Creation Service and only want us to manage the strategy and social media, we will provide guidance on the type of content to align with the strategy and you can send us the pictures and videos needed.
WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT SERVICE?
Usually our social media strategy is around Instagram, but other plataforms can be added for an extra fee (TikTok and Pinterest). If you require a separate strategy for each platform, then the service needs to be charged fully for each of them.
WHERE ARE YOUR CLIENTS BASED?
Most of our clients are UK based but we work with international clients too. We can adapt and make it work to suit your time difference.
DO YOU OFFER COURSES?
We have courses launching in 2026, stay tuned!
DO YOU OFFER REFUND ON DEPOSITS?
It depends, if we haven’t started the project and for any reason you would like to stop it, we can return your deposit. However, if we have started working on it, then your deposit is non-refundable.
We also don’t offer any refunds on any digital products purchased once the payment has been made.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
For most of our services we recommend you book it at least 1 month in advance so we can align and prep your deliverables before we start working on the project.
DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM CONTRACTS?
For our projects we require a 50% deposit payment in advance and the remaining fee once the project is completed. For recurring or monthly services, we require a 3-month minimum contract with payment terms of 5 working days at the beginning of each month.

We mostly work with Fashion and Beauty brands but have also worked with clients across Wellness, Travel, Events, Arts, Photography, Fairs & Prizes.
